The Zetcher Residence

Objectives:

Remodel the kitchen, foyer, library, and powder room, as well as redesign the fireplace mantle and create a backlit glass feature in the living room. Reconfigure and remodel the master bedroom, master bath, and study. With a preference for bright colors, the client sought to change the color of the interiors to better reflect her taste.

Outcome:

The kitchen, foyer, library, and powder room were all remodeled, and the interior finishes upgraded with bright colors. The fireplace mantle was redesigned, and a sleek, backlit glass feature was created for the living room; new custom cabinetry was designed and installed in the study. The master bedroom ceiling was reworked while the master bathroom was redesigned to include a barrel vault ceiling and new ambient lighting; the tub area, toilet room, and shower areas were reconfigured, with the walls and ceiling covered with beautiful mosaic tile.
