Remodel a two-story Mediterranean-style home originally designed by Richard Blumenberg.
The Rottman Home
Outcome:
The original design consists of a two-story Mediterranean-style home featuring limestone and antique French terra cotta tile floors, intricately-detailed ceilings, wrought iron railings, a cast stone front door and window casings; the house surrounds a spacious courtyard that includes a private yard area and the entrance to the home.
The remodel entailed reconfiguring the kitchen, breakfast, pantry service, and laundry rooms; his and her master bathrooms were also reconfigured and remodeled. A beautiful antique stained-glass panel was installed below the skylight to be illuminated by the natural light above.
