In addition to designing new homes, RLB Architecture has extensive experience designing additions and remodels in a range of scopes and sizes for existing homes and condominiums. We seamlessly blend additions into the existing home when the client requires the architectural style preserved, or we can give the home an entirely new identity if the client is looking to change the home’s current style. Innovative and solution-oriented, we use creative ingenuity when reconfiguring disjointed floor plans or addressing other challenges, big or small. Our designs not only take into consideration the needs and wishes of the client, but also the constraints of the home and site and the requirements of the local codes or HOA, consistently resulting in a unique, high-quality custom design for each of our home renovation projects.
