New Modern Home

House B is on a double lot, which will be split into two parcels, with a new home on each lot.  Each home will have three floors. 

The modern home will boast an ocean view and an outdoor entertaining space to enjoy the magnificent vista.

The basement floor will include a subterranean two-car garage, two bedrooms, a recreation room, a media room, a gym, and a laundry room; a staircase and lightwell will provide ample natural light into the basement floor. An elevator will serve all three levels of the home.
