The renovation of the commercial building will encompass a fresh overhaul of an aging structure with a focus on improving accessibility and functionality.
The project entails a contemporary redesign of the front and rear facades, giving the building a new and inviting look. Two distinct spaces will be created for the interior: a state-of-the-art doctor’s office suite and a toy store.
A key aspect of the building remodel is the emphasis on inclusivity and accessibility. With a focus on ADA compliance, wheelchair ramps will be thoughtfully integrated to provide easy access to the public entrances.
The parking area will be reconfigured to include a dedicated ADA van parking space, ensuring convenience for all visitors. In addition, a wheelchair lift platform will be installed in the rear stairway to facilitate seamless movement from the parking area to the back entrance of the building.
As an inclusive and functional space for everyone, the redesign will enhance the building’s aesthetic appeal while prioritizing accessibility and convenience, ensuring a vibrant and welcoming destination for the local community.
